About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathic Couples and Relationship Therapist to join our team as an independent clinical associate. This role offers the opportunity to expand your private practice within a supportive framework while working with a varied and engaged client base.
You will work autonomously using your preferred therapeutic modality, supporting individuals and couples across a range of presentations. The role includes working with both private clients and EAP referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to couples and individuals
- Deliver therapy using your preferred evidence-based framework
- Manage a varied caseload including private and EAP clients
- Maintain professional standards, documentation and boundaries
- Work independently within a supportive practice environment
Requirements
Experience Required
- Qualified counsellor or psychologist with professional insurance
- Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience working with couples and/or specialised training in couples counselling
- Experience working with individuals and couples
- Ability to offer regular after-hours availability (evenings or Saturdays)
- Strong organizational skills and professional reliability
