Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Fairfax County, VA | $80,000–$90,000
At Continuum Behavioral Health, we believe great ABA starts with supporting clinicians well. We are a BCBA-led, family-owned organization focused on ethical, high-quality care, manageable caseloads, and sustainable clinical practice — so our BCBAs can focus on meaningful outcomes instead of burnout.
We are currently seeking a BCBA to support a balanced caseload across in-home and clinic settings in the Fairfax County area.
Why BCBAs Choose Continuum
- Salary range: $80,000–$90,000 based on experience
- Smaller, manageable caseloads
- Realistic productivity expectations
- Flexible scheduling options
- Strong administrative support (billing, scheduling, insurance, operations)
- Collaborative BCBA-led leadership team
- Robust mentorship and clinical support
- Optional curriculum library and clinical resources
- Ongoing CEUs, training, and professional development
- Opportunities for growth and leadership development
- Electronic data collection systems to streamline documentation and analysis
What the Role Looks Like
This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, analyzing data, and providing caregiver training. Our BCBAs work closely with families and team members to create socially meaningful, individualized programming.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and needs while maintaining strong clinical support and autonomy in your day-to-day work.
Who We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, data-driven ABA
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Clinicians who value quality care and relationship-building
At Continuum, you’re not just filling a caseload — you’re joining a supportive clinical team that values collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful behavior change.
We’d love to connect and tell you more about the role and our team!
