Touchstone ABA is looking for highly motivated BCBAs/LBAs for our Baton Rouge location within St. Lillian Academy and our Lafayette, New Orleans, and Thibodaux, Louisiana locations as well as our Houston area location located in Magnolia, Texas. We also have Telehealth opportunities across our entire service area.
Touchstone ABA is a Louisiana based owner-operated organization that has been providing behavior analytic treatment, OBM, and educational consultation services to Gulf Coast communities since 2014. We are committed to a strategic science of teaching model to help maximize our clients’ growth and development emphasizing ongoing staff training. Touchstone ABA is a highly regarded provider with a reputation for exemplary service delivery. We are committed to conducting sound and validated research and to implementing the most current and effective practices.
Our core beliefs and values provide the foundation for our approach to service delivery and staff development. Applicants must be willing to participate in continuous training in CABAS® (Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling) methodology. Our clinics are based entirely on the use of scientific procedures for service delivery, behavior management, pedagogy, curriculum design, staff training, and parent education.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assessing client repertoires and developing client programming and treatment plans
Maintaining and submitting accurate documentation and records
Following and implementing best-practice standards including CASP® practice guidelines and CABAS® standards.
Overseeing Technician training
Providing effective supervision and mentoring to Technicians/RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity
Planning and implementing caregiver collaboration opportunities to facilitate the generalization of skills
Providing coordination of care with other service providers
Expanding your own competencies through CABAS® modules training system.
Contributing to research initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants are required to have the BCBA® credential and eligible to be licensed in Louisiana, Texas and other gulf coast states.
